Does Bristol Technologies web store accept order for overseas destination?
The web store currently only accepts orders within West Malaysia. For destination out of West Malaysia, please write into firstname.lastname@example.org

We accept payment by local direct bank transfer, credit card and PayPal only. We do not accept payment via business creditcard on Ipay88 at the moment.

Will the item be delivered to my door step?
Yes our friendly delivery service team will ensure the items are placed at your desired location within your delivery address. There will be additional a delivery surcharge of RM80 / item for buildings without lifts or if your products cannot fit in the lift and the delivery team has to use the stairs. This service is applicable up to the 5th floor only. Our delivery service only covers addresses within 30m from the unloading point and a RM80 surcharge / item will also be collected by the delivery service provider for addresses outside this scope.

Why was my credit/debit card refused?

Why have I been charged with an extra USD 1 for my purchase?
The 1 USD charge is a temporary authorization by PayPal. To verify that the buyer’s credit card or debit card is in good standing, a temporary USD 1.00 charge might appear in buyer’s transaction history. The charge appears as ‘pending’ and is automatically removed after the full amount of the purchase is processed. It may take a few minutes or up to 30 days, depending on the card issuer, for the transaction to be removed and the USD 1.00 to be released to the buyer’s card. If the authorization charge remains on the buyer’s card after 30 days, we suggest the buyer contact the card issuer.
My card was charged USD 1 but the card was declined. What’s wrong?
The 1 USD charge is a temporary authorization by PayPal and will be refunded once your transaction is completed. If your card has been declined, please contact your issuing bank to ensure there are no blocks on your card preventing you from making an online transaction. Certain banks have blocked Paypal transactions to prevent fraud by default, but will lift the block when informed by the user. What is Quick Ship apply to?
Will delivery dates be affected when Quick Ship and non-Quick Ship products are added into the same order?
Delivery dates will be affected (no longer 7 business days), and no compensation will be provided. Alternatively, you can separate your orders manually, i.e. 1 order for Quick Ship and another order for non-Quick Ship.
I am having problem with a product i purchased. What should i do?
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. While we do our best to package products for safe delivery, sometimes damages occur. Please do take photos or video of the damaged item & kindly send an email to email@example.com. Our service team will be assisting you.
Why does the colour of the product looks slightly different from the online store?
We strive to make the colours shown as accurate as possible. However, due to the inconsistencies of various monitors, the colours on your screen may not be an accurate depiction of the actual colour. Screen images should be used as a guide only.
When will i receive my product?
Your order will arrive within 7 business days. Order placed on public holidays, weekends, or on business days after 5:00 PM (GMT+8) will only be processed in the next business day.
What are your shipping rates during Quick Ship?
Shipping rates for all products are based on the total order amount & postcode of your area. Your shipping fee will be calculated when you key in your area code and location on the shipping page.
What shipping options are available for my order during Quick ship?
You may choose either to do self collection at our factory or for a delivery to be arrange.
To arrange for self-pick up, at the shipping page, please key in “88888” for Area Code and “Kuala Lumpur” for Location. You will not be charged a delivery fee. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order to confirm your self-pick up option. Do Whatsapp us as well to discuss your logistics requirements (e.g. size of box and your car space) before deciding to go with this option. Our business hours for pickup (Monday- Friday; 9AM-6.15PM).

Do your products require assembly?
All our chairs ship fully assembled. As for tables, If your product requires assembly, you will see this information on the product page. We offer installation service for your convenience. There will be an installation fee of RM200 imposed (Applicable for Klang Valley & Penang only)
